Reading your book now after 16 months fighting a g/c in North Idaho that was done completely in secret by my estranged sister Iaw against he mother. Our case has followed the play book exactly according to your book.... Until we went pro se. Then we started winning. We have used AI to fight this case and point out the criminal activities of the typical bad actors. As we learned the laws and rules and spent 14 hours a day working on it, have gotten 2 guardians and conservators removed, removed a court-appointed attorney, removed a judge, got the first temporary emergency g/c nullified (my MIL is a free woman still) and are about to get the entire case nullified for lack of jurisdiction since she was never notified, and especially since we moved her to a new state, Washington. With God's help, and AI, we have been winning and believe we are in this fight to bring cases to the Supreme Court if necessary. The system has created 2 more advocates, like it always does. How in the heck do we get the US govt to notice? We will soon be meeting with the FBI as we've identified, and have evidence of, dozens of federal crimes by multiple actors, along with 150 state crimes or rule violations. The lawsuits against them will be coming soon as the judges, and attorneys have no immunity due to the lack of personal, subject matter jurisdiction a initio (from the beginning), and now lack of venue jurisdiction. Thank you for all you've done. I have heard a lot of horror stories, but not as many as you. We want to become interested parties in other cases, as this is Systemic, and start a Monell doctrine case against Idaho. Lots of work to do. Thank you for the book. I'll keep reading.
